A warm welcome to Ivy Farm – our family-owned Christmas tree farm in the picturesque village of Dilham.
Our story began in 2020 with nothing more than a field and a big dream. Inspired by our Scandinavian roots, we’ve carried forward the cherished tradition of choosing the perfect tree – a moment of togetherness and joy that we now share with our own family, and yours.
We take pride in growing the highest quality trees, each carefully hand-planted and nurtured for years before being ready for your home.
Our mission is simple – to create a magical Christmas experience where families can make memories, start traditions, and take home the perfect tree.

Meet Father Christmas in his sleigh, enjoy kids’ crafts, scavenger hunts & tasty food.
If your tree won’t fit in the car – don’t worry! We offer free delivery within 2 miles of the farm, and from just £5 beyond that. Call us or message on social media for a quote.
Need something bigger or unique? We can help! Call or message us to arrange your perfect tree.
Our farm is mainly level, with concrete and grass areas. Some activities take place on the grass field, which may be muddy in wet weather – please wear suitable footwear.
- Keep your tree outside until you’re ready to decorate.
- Cut 1 inch from the bottom before placing it in water.
- Keep the stand topped up – trees can drink more than you expect!
- Avoid placing your tree near heat sources like radiators or wood burners.
